Listmark Terms of Use

Effective date: November 7, 2026

These Terms cover the public page at listmark.com and the private, invite-only test version of Listmark run by Listmark LLC ("Listmark," "we," "us"). By using the test site, you agree to them. We will publish full Terms before Listmark opens to the public.

The test program

• Invite only. You get in with a personal invite link. Do not share it.
• 18 and older. You must be at least 18 years old to use Listmark.
• Test payments. Payments run in Stripe test mode. No real money is charged and real cards are refused. Please do not enter real card details.
• Test data. Your account and everything you post can be reset or deleted at any time, and will be deleted when the test program ends. Do not rely on it being kept.
• Unfinished. The test site may change, break or go offline without notice.

Your account and content

• Give accurate information, keep your password private, and remember that you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You keep ownership of what you post. You let us store, display and process it as needed to run the test site.
• You verify your phone number before you post a listing; it is not needed to sign up. During testing, a verification code may arrive by email instead of by text.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• post illegal items or content, or anything that infringes someone else's rights
• harass, threaten or deceive other people, or post false or misleading listings
• try to break, probe or overload the service, or get into other people's accounts
• use bots or scrapers
• share your invite link or let someone else use your account

Text messages

We send text messages only to deliver one-time verification codes, one message for each code you request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider. For help with Listmark, email support@listmark.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number.

Ending access

We may suspend or end your access at any time, including if you break these Terms. You may stop using Listmark at any time.

No warranties

The test site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Listmark LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the test site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may change these Terms by posting the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using Listmark after that date, you accept the change.
