Listmark Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 7, 2026

Listmark LLC ("Listmark," "we," "us") publishes this policy for two things: the public page at listmark.com, and a private, invite-only test version of the Listmark marketplace used by our team and invited testers. We will publish a full Privacy Policy before Listmark opens to the public.

What we collect

From testers, when you sign up and use the test site:

Your name and email address
A password, stored as a hash and never in plain text
A phone number, if you choose to verify one (see "Text messages" below)
What you create: listings, photos, messages, favorites and saved searches

Automatically, from visitors and testers:

Device and log data, such as your IP address and browser
Cookies: one that remembers your invite for 30 days, and cookies that keep you signed in

Visitors who only read the page at listmark.com are not asked for personal information.

How we use it

To run the test site: create accounts, show listings, deliver messages and check that features work
To verify your email address and phone number, and to keep the service secure
To find and fix problems

We do not sell personal data, show advertising or use third-party analytics.

Text messages

Listmark sends text messages (SMS) only to deliver one-time verification codes.

What you get: one message each time you request a code. Phone verification is required before you post a listing, not when you sign up.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help: Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. You can also email support@listmark.com.
Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
On the test site: a verification code may be sent to your email instead of by text.

Who helps us run Listmark

Amazon Web Services (AWS): hosting, database and file storage; email through Amazon SES; text messages through AWS End User Messaging
Vercel: hosts the website
Stripe: payments, in test mode only. No real charges are made and real cards are refused.
Google: Maps address suggestions. Google receives the address you type and your browser's IP address.
Sentry: error reports so we can find and fix problems. Reports may include your IP address and browser details.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting data

Test data can be reset or deleted at any time, and we delete it when the test program ends. To ask for your data to be deleted sooner, email support@listmark.com.

Age

Listmark is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
